REFUND POLICY
 
Due to our exceptionally high standards of what we consider a sellable print, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. This is because prints often arrive back to Damfino! damaged due to inadequate packing. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or it arrived damaged in transit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss.

All print products are made to order, and in normal cases are dispatched between 3- 5 working days.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We aim to dispatch our orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery for our customers, so we cannot guarantee cancelations will be accepted. If you would like to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible and if the orders are still waiting to be dispatched then we will let you know if we are able to process a refund. If the order has already been dispatched then unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. This includes shipping address changes, auto-fill setting issues or incomplete addresses.
